Returns
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can assess the issue and assist you accordingly.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Returns must be approved by Lumaveld before being sent back.
Please note that products that have been intentionally damaged, altered, misused, or improperly installed may not qualify for a return or refund.
